World Victory Road Presents: Sengoku no Ran 2009
World Victory Road Presents: Sengoku no Ran 2009 (Sengoku Rebellion 2009) was an mixed martial arts-event promoted by World Victory Road. It took place on January 4, 2009, at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama City, Japan, and hosted the creation of the first two Sengoku Champions.

- Sergey Golyaev vs. Eiji Mitsuoka
- Mitsuoka defeated Golyaev by submission (armbar) at 4:22 of the first round.
- Antonio Silva vs. Yoshihiro Nakao
- Silva defeated Nakao by TKO (injury) at 1:42 of the first round.
- Muhammed Lawal vs. Yukiya Naito
- Lawal defeated Naito by TKO (punches) at 3:54 of the first round.
- Sanae Kikuta vs. Hidehiko Yoshida
- Kikuta defeated Yoshida by split decision, 2–1.
- Kazuo Misaki vs. Jorge Santiago
- Santiago defeated Misaki by submission (rear naked choke) at 3:26 of the fifth round and became the new Sengoku Middleweight champion.
- Takanori Gomi vs. Satoru Kitaoka
- Kitaoka defeated Gomi by submission (achilles lock) at 1:41 of the first round and became the new Sengoku Lightweight champion.
